Ethical management is the first step toward sustainable growth.
NEXTURN&ROLLKOREA Co., Ltd. operates an Anti-Corruption Reporting Center in collaboration
with its employees and stakeholders to cultivate a transparent and trustworthy corporate culture.

Anyone—including employees of all group affiliates, customers, partners, and external
stakeholders—may submit a report, either anonymously or under their real name.
All reports are fairly and independently investigated under the responsibility of NEXTURN&ROLLKOREA’s Compliance Officer.

The identity of the whistleblower is strictly protected.
If a report contributes to loss prevention or improvement of organizational ethics,
rewards or incentives may be provided according to internal policies.

NEXTURN&ROLLKOREA Co., Ltd. will always listen to its members.
We ask for your active participation and interest.

Types of Reportable Violations

  • Illegal acts such as embezzlement, breach of trust, or bribery
  • Unauthorized disclosure of company secrets or personal information
  • Use of company assets for personal purposes
  • Unethical behavior such as sexual harassment, monetary dealings, gambling, or excessive spending
  • Offering or accepting gifts or entertainment related to work
  • Unfair or illegal instructions or task handling
  • Personnel-related misconduct such as preferential hiring or holding multiple positions
  • Violations of company policies, laws, ethical codes, or internal regulations

Report Handling Procedures

  1. Protection and Confidentiality of Whistleblowers
    • Whistleblowers will not suffer any disadvantage; if identity exposure is a concern, protective measures such as job reassignment will be implemented.
    • Any disclosure of the whistleblower’s identity will result in strict disciplinary action.
  2. Independent and Fair Investigation
    • The report will be independently investigated under the supervision of the Compliance Officer at NEXTURN&ROLLKOREA Co., Ltd., and if any issues are identified, related employees may be subject to disciplinary action, compensation, or personnel measures.
  3. Feedback on Investigation Results
    • If requested, whistleblowers will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.
  4. Rewards and Incentives System
    • If the report makes a substantial contribution to preventing organizational losses or strengthening ethical standards, rewards, commendations, or personnel benefits may be granted in accordance with internal regulations.
      (The whistleblower’s identity will remain confidential even when rewards are given.)

Precautions When Reporting

  • Reports with false claims or malicious intent will not be processed.
  • Issues under legal dispute or external jurisdiction may be excluded from internal handling.
  • Providing detailed information such as the violator’s identity, nature of the violation, and evidence will help expedite a thorough investigation.

Notes on Report Submission

  • Employees must promptly report any recognized violations through the Anti-Corruption Reporting Center.
  • Failure to report known misconduct may result in disciplinary action.
  • Real-name reporting is preferred; however, anonymous reports are allowed when real-name usage poses risk.
  • Be aware that the following actions may result in punishment for the whistleblower:
    • Submitting a report despite knowing it is false
    • Using the report to seek money, employment favors, or for other improper purposes
  • The whistleblower’s identity and report content will be protected to the fullest extent during the investigation.
  • No discrimination or disadvantage in work conditions or personnel matters is allowed based on having filed a report.
  • If requested, the whistleblower will be notified of the result. If the report is deemed effective in preventing potential loss, Commendations or incentives may be awarded to the whistleblower.

Reports can be submitted either anonymously or with your name, and all reports will be delivered directly to the Compliance Officer of NEXTURN&ROLLKOREA Co., Ltd.

  • For accurate and prompt investigation, please include specific information about the person(s) involved, details of the violation, and supporting evidence.
  • Unless voluntarily disclosed, the identity of the whistleblower and all reported information will remain confidential and anonymous.
